DSI conducts “Secret Bitcoin Mining Operation”, collaborates with EGAT to raid illegal bitcoin mining mines hidden in 3 factories in Samut Sakhon, causing the state to lose 500 million baht in revenue.
Today (31 January 2025), Pol. Lt. Col. Yuthana Phraedam, Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), along with Pol. Lt. Khemchat Prakaihongmanee, Director of the Technology and Information Crime Division, Mr. Phiraphol Puranachote, Deputy Governor of the Central and Southern Regions of the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), Mr. Thana Chokprasombat, Assistant Governor of the Provincial Electricity Authority Region 3 (Central Region), and Pol. Lt.
